Yes - you can play Gameboy Advance games on PC for free but to do that you need 2 things. First - the GBA ROMS - the game files that as your friend suggested can be downloaded from KaZaA or from a websites like this [ www.gameboy-advance-roms.com ] Now the second thing you need is GAMEBOY EMULATOR - a program that will emulate the rom / make your PC pretend to be a gameboy you can download GBA Emu from [ www.Gameboy-Emulator.com ]
