DAV-S400 Copy DVD's in Black and White

When I put in a copy DVD the picture is in black and white. It there anything I can do to sort this?

Unfortuantely i dont have a solution for this but if you get one i would REALLY appreciate it if you let me know. i have recently used a hack to unlock my DAV-S400 to all regions but only region 2 DVDs play in colour ... maybe we have the same problem ?

I had this problem having hacked my player to play all regions. It turns out my problem was the TV and not the player. If the TV does not support NTSC then any NTSC discs will play black and white. A give away as the whether this is happening to you is whether the menus appear black and white (like if you press skip scene the icon that comes up will be black and white)If they are black and white as well it is definitely your TV.

can you help by giving the code. i want to make my dvd region free also. i have sony dav-s400, will you help ?
