    i'm not sure if these codes are right, but i know SOny Ericsson has a few default codes that might work.... try:

    0000, 9999, 1234 if they dont work, you might have to call Cingular and ask them for your PUK code. It might be a one-time thing, so if it happens more than once they'll probably give you a different code each time. Just call and have your cell # ready and the last four digits of your social security #.
