For those of you interested, the code to make your Sansui DVD player (DV-X1200) region free is (on the remote control)



POWER-STOP-1-9-9-9-REGION CODE(Enter) Change to ALL(Enter) and press the Power button again.

I have a non-PC Sansui DV-X3030. Do you know the remote-based crack to make it region-free? I tried the above one, but got stuck on change to all. In fact little of it made sense to me - so some hand-holding's needed here!

Do the following to unlock either the dv-x3010 or dv-x3030 for all regions:



1. Ensure the tray is open and without a disk inside.

2. Press the & quot;setup & quot; button on the remote control.

3. Move to the Custom Setup menu. This is the menu where you can change passwords, parental limits etc.

4. Press the & quot;3 & quot; button 4 times.

The region menu will now be displayed.

5. Select & quot;Free & quot;

6. Press the & quot;setup button to exit the setup menu.



You can now watch all region dvd's, enjoy..
