I am in the same boat. My first digital camera was a Olympus D360L. It took excellent low light photos with great focus. (By low light, I mean indoors/evening, no flash type shots.) It was a great 1.3MP camera! Then I upgraded to the Canon S200 digital elph (2.0MP) because it was so portable and sleek. It is a nice camera I took everywhere, but it can't take a low light shot in focus to save its life. That is the extent of my experience, so I've sold the S200 and am in the market. I'm focused on Olympus because of past experience. Anyway, please post here again if you find anything! (I'm looking at the 3MP range) -

The C-series Olympus digitals couldn't take a low-light picture to save their lives. I've just about given up on trying to get a sharp picture at night. -
