Does anyone own one of the gunpower series take-down rifles, and if so do you rate them? Is there anything similar on the market (eg takedown style), I've seen the logun s16 but am not sure if you can take it down or if it's even as good as the stealth?

    Stealth - good ???? uhmmm!

    Not to my knowledge!

A take down with real potential = SKAN rifles.

Fits into a breifcase - looks great - but most of all - it has great accuracy. But it will cost you double what the stealth would.

any good, any good ,not arf, mine is the best rifle ive boaght in 13 years of shooting,

personaly i cant recomend it enough.

i got it, and then saw the logun, its only the one shot ,not the 16 or so of the logun,

as for any others the skan is a well beatifull gun but check out the prices !

the stealth is so good im selling my air arms 300

as i never use it anymore.

if i were you id try before buying just to be shure, and ask around for opinions, maybe ive got the good one off the production line, time will tell..............happy shooting

these guns seem to have a bit of a cult following but i have heard alot of bad reports that they are poorly made and the after sales service is questionable at best.when i used one i found the position of the bolt action rather aucword.i would go for the s-16 (if you can get one they are still quite hard to come by).many people are probably going to disagree with me but thats life and this just my opinion.

Hi Tony, yeah have now seen pics and reviews of the 'skan r32 ultra' and it looks and sounds amazing! I thought the gunpower stealth looked good but the skans are in a whole different league! I actually want a take down gun that is a repeater also, guess i'll have to start saving up more!

Ive had a stealth for about a year now and ive found it to be flawless and ive also converted some springer owning mates too. yes its only a single shot but ive heard rumors of a 20 shot magazine comming out for it (i havent been able to dig up anything tho). it can fire 500 shots from a fill of air and id personally reccomend using Napier pellet lube with it for increased accuracy. one last thing if u do get one and want it to be really quiet get yourself a Logun silencer and an adaptor to allow you to fit it, i find it much quieter that the standard stealth silencer.
