can anybody recommend a good product for smoothing down frizzy bits of hair, i've tried frizzease but im not impressed with it...please help

    Hi,
Thee best thing ever is to remove all the nasty stuff from youre tap water - pasrticularly chlorine. I've got a Rejuvenator shower filter (a water conditioner - I got mine from choosemybaby.com) which is cheaper than all the conditioners and frizz-ease type stuff. I used to go through a whole bottle of conditioner on my hair every time I washed it. Now I just use a little bit of shampoo. The water filter is wonderful and a lot cheaper than going to the salon to get the same results. My hair is now easy to comb and very shiny.

FrizzEase is one of those products that work for some but not others.
I was one of the "others".
I kept testing everything until I used :
    Paul Mitchell-Super Skinny Serum,
It does the job if I am wearing my hair naturally curly or straighteneing with my Sedu flat iron.
It has worked for anybody I have recommended it to as well.
I buy 3 at a time, I will not be without this serum!

I have covered frizzies in depth, you may find some information to help you further.
Please do e-mail me through my site if you try the product and like your results!
    Take care,
    Beau Monde

I use therapy-m's Superstraightening Conditioner and it works like a charm and trust me I have some frizzy hair when its left on its own. It also makes my hair seem softer and really shiney! I would definatly recomend you give it a try if you havent had any luck with other products.

There are a number of really goo products out there. PHYTO Defrisant is a popular choice and 100% natural plant based or you could try Kerastase Oleo relax, shampoo, conditioner, serum.

You can go to a hairdresser, they will help you, for sure... Otherwise, take a product Babyliss.. It's the best!

I went for consultation for yuko system hair straightening, but had to wait few months, as had highlights done with bleach. Now i'm having it done with tint, which looks almoust as blonde as bleach and had my hair straighten few weeks ago with guys from Angela's recommendation, Christian and Sebastian from go-straight (www.go-straight.com). THAT IS THE BEST THING EVER!!! My hair is sooo shiny and straight!!!! THey also invented titanium hair straighteners, which are more gentle for the hair, so not drying it out that much (www.go-straight.co.uk)

Wilson - there are ways to get your hair Yuko'd if you go to the right place! But you can't just go to any salon, you need to choose wisely. I've got highlights (red) in my hair and I have also used bleach on my hair... yet I am due to get my hair permanently straightened at the end of April. I'm going to Eleven in London to see the www.go-straight.com guys - they will always at least consider straightening hair that has been highlighted. In my case, I'm able to get the straightening done, providing that I have a semi-permanent colour all over to balance out the damage first. So providing that you aren't adverse to changing your colour and giving up on the blonde highlights - then you could feasibly have the straight hair you're after!! I had previously been turned away from one salon for the Yuko treatment because I had lightened my hair and I almost lost hope before I heard about these guys in London. They get rave reviews!!

A friend of mine recommended me Batia & Aleeza products and I'm pretty satisfied with the result these products give to my hair. I used to have dozen of products applied to my hair and now I only wash it twice a week with their shampoo and conditioner. And every morning I just apply the gel and voila my hair looks healthy, shiny and freez free.
