MP3 player data card capacity???

I have a general question that might have different answers for various models of mp3 players. If a given player specifies that it can use up to a 32 mb Smart Media card, what will happen if I insert a 64 mb card? Will it not recognize it at all or will it be able to use 32 mb of its capacity?



If you have specific info for a certain player, fine, just tell me which player. If you have general info, I would really appreciate that too.



I'm looking at various players and am trying to decide whether or not it is important to go with a model that can use the Smart Media cards I already have.
