    just bought have windows xp downloads on computer DOES NOT WORK. JAMONLINE.COM is written on instructions when you go there, there is NO WEB SITE. KBGEAR is the manafacturer there is no connection to there web either. ALL phone #,s do NOT work also. ANY HELP PLEASE! THANKS!!!

    I have got one of these and the option to download playlist to player does not work, you can drop files into the player using explorer and the drive that the player creates when connected.

    I know the website but it dosent work!



    i have had it working but i acidently deleated a file from the MP3 device so i need to get that file also you can use windows explorer to just drag & drop all .MP3 files into the device as it dose work. :Cool

    hiya, can sum1 PLEASE HELP cos i hav got XP so the program wudnt work so i used explorer to navigate the drive instead, the thing is i deleted the .dll file thinking that it didnt mean anything, i was wunderin if some1 cud send me the original .dll file off theirs and send it to me.

    Anyone find any help? I got the Jamp3 player. The software will run. The computer recognizes the MP3 player but nothing will download to the player. I am running Windows 2000.

    Has anyone been able to aquire this .dll file cause i have deleted it aswell. I was also wondering if anyone has managed to find the jamonline website as it is gone!!!! Plus would this missing dll file mean that a recently purchased MMC would not work
