Ok, so I just bought the RD1070... It looks super-cool and I thought everything was working fine. But as soon as I got files onto it, it stopped working, Windows ME went crazy and now not only will my mp3 player not play any songs, but the drive has completly disappeared from "My Computer", and the computer won't recognize the connection either! Grrr!!!
I called RCA and they sent me to the lyrazone site to download some stuff that also didn't work. I've tried a system restore and re-installation, but nothing's working... Help me!!!

I was wondering if you can help me with that? -

Most Mp3players intend to get F:d up if you dont right click on the symbol on the lower right of your screen and "stop" the unit before it can be removed from the system... -

Hi
I am having great difficulties with my Lyra RCA 1070 . I have the latest upgrade
to this so called Mp3 player...but
1) It has 128 meg capacity but can't seem to put more than 74 MB of songs on
system
2) It likes to crash almost everytime I put a song on the player
3) It requires Musicmatch to convert songs...is there a good freeware program
that won't crash that can transfers songs (it unfortunately converts them to MPy)
4) The menu will NOT allow me to see what songs I have downloaded to player
5) Won't allow me to reformat
Please help! -

To Who it may concer
Rca Players arent that great, but if your haveing problems puting songs on it,the only thing u need to know is your rca player is like a hard drive ,so as soon as you plug it in your computer using your USB cable ,another hard drive pops up in & quot;My Computer & quot; One drive for virtuale memory, and the other drive that pops up with it is for your memory card, providing you have a slot for your memory card.So now that u know this all u have to do is acsess the right drive by opening it ,and then copy your songs from where ever they are and pasting them in the RCA hard drive.(The only ways the file will play well is if you first have it only in MP3 foarm, and then your MP3 file should'nt be too big,if it is the file might play faster then its suppose to.i cant rember what the propper size should be) -
