    Yes there is a hack that really works. It is from the website suggested by larryt. Basically get your remote and follow these commands:

    1. press open/close

    2. press clear

    3. press 1 then 3 then 6 then 9 then 0 for multi region

    4. press open/close

    5. Press the 6 button on your remote control

    1. Press the Setup button on your remote control

    3. Press the Pause/Step button on your remote control

    4. Press the Previous button on your remote control

    tried the hacks on a mates and the pic freezes up after a few min and wont do anything else at all, it then needs power off/on to restart anyone else get this
