Hey guys and gals, i'm looking for a TEAC DV-516E region crack. I'm sure i'm not the only one and if anyone can help, there's not much i can do in return, but i can surely say thanks a lot

I have read only one review of Teac DV-516E and it is available only in 2 online stores with Model DV-516E000. I am planning on buying this dvd drive over liteon,pioneer and toshiba.



What are ur impressions on this dvd drive. is this ur first upgrade or u have been using dvds before. tell me how it is reading media,scratched media and its dvd/cd performance. Also if Model DV-516E000 is different from DV-516E.

Thanks for responding. This is my first dvd and i found it was tested on www.cdinfo.com and there you can find what you want to know. As far as scrached discs are conserned, the tests show that it's like other TEAC drives - almost perfect.

And if that HR in your name stands for Hrvatska then imas pozdrav iz Beograda i hvala jos jednom!

I'd like to know if this drive is quiete or not? I'd don't like to hear the drive when watching a movie

I have also recently bought this DVD from Teac (DV-516E). Previously i have worked with dvd-s from Sony, Asus and Toshiba. But honestly this DVD is the best that i have seen

It is only one word : TEAC.

But right now i'm desperately searching for a way to reset the region changes counter in the unit.

I mean a hardware way, not with resident utility like dvdregionfree.

If someone have some information about this, please share it.. thanx
