    From London,

I am looking at buying one of the above TVs with dolby 5.1 digital. Best price at the moment aoppears to be Robertsons on-line who offer them at £1010 and £1320 respectively. Has anyone found the same tvs cheaper elsewhere or has anyone bought from this firm and how did they find them please.

    Hello Keith,
I'm in a similar position with a 28" Toshiba. The cheapest seems to be Robertsons (I have searched the web for days) but I dont have any info on them. I'm gonna go for the 28ZD26! Pls let me know how you get on! Best of luck

I have just purchased the 36" Tosh from Robertsons on-line, they were the best price and I had no problems with delivery. The TV's are delivered direct from Tosh so no problems there. It took about 4 weeks to come, but when you place your order it's always a good idea to ring and make sure that all is well.
Go for it, and happy viewing.

    From Rgbdirect.co.uk,

ive just ordered the 32inch from rgbdirect £990. Cant wait and i hope they have stock. i did notice during my web search that not all dealers offer the surround speakers in the package. although the toshiba code is the same. be aware of this..i read my add carefully and speakers should be included. also ordered toshibas new dvd/vhs combi unit. never had toshiba kit before but the reviews are good. i bought this because the design allows a 32inch in a 28inch package.

    Thanks for the info.

Can you let me know how the guarantee works as I can't get through to Robertsons. I assume you don't have to ship it back to them if there is a problem..but who comes to service it as they are based in Scotland? Is it Toshiba themselves?

    From Bristol,

Just bought a 32ZD26P from Empire direct.

Discovered an annoying hum, clearly audible sitting at opposite side of room, during quiet dialogue, between channel changes etc. Engineer sent by Emp Dir felt it was worth returning, which Emp Dir promptly did. My new TV (same type) does the same. Particularly evident on 'Cinema' picture format. Have read simular comments about other brands on web. How's the 36inch Tosh and has anyone a simular experience. Considering the hassle of another replacement/exchange, just too much.
