Hello All,
I am not sure the individuals with the answers to our "2H" problem are checking this site anymore. If anyone has any ideas how to contact them, please ask them to post the solution. I would like to find a resolution soon, and I am sure the others who are now posting with the same or similar issues would too.
Thanks for your assistance and have a wonderful 2009.

My BoschSGI 53 dishwasher has stopped pumping. At the end of a wash cycle the water is still in the bottom of the machine. I have emptied the water and cleaned and removed the filters. I then removed the plastic cover at the left side of the drain and found what I assume is part of the outlet pump, a small plastic propeller. It turns easily and nothing was jammed in it. My problem is where do I look now to check to see if the outlet pump is working or if something is blocking the outlet pipe? Thanks for any help. -

Unfortunately, it is going to cost us about $300 to fix these issues and I for one have been relegated to washing dishes by hand for now...$300 does not fit in the budget.
I am not happy with Bosch knowing this is going on and seemingly not following-up with complaints. -

Bosch Model SGS 53A12 Wont fill with water. Drains out and makes a draining sound even when no water present and door is opened.
Tried so far - cleaned out all inside took arms off and cleaned tthose took racks out and cleaned them.
Checked water in hose and filter on back of machine both fine.
Thrown loads of clean water into machine to try to make it start a cycle but just emties it out and carries on draining.
Fiddled with float that is covered by a dome nothing seems stuck there turns round but cant pull it off ( not sure if you are supposed to anyway).
Ive have read that float could be faulty but not sure what to do on this model cant really understand ow to test it- is the float valve a different thing ?
What is my next thing to try ? Any help much appreciated -

My Bosch SGV4313GB/13 dishwashing machine is stuck in mid cycle, it keeps on trying to pump out water. When you open the door it still carries on pumping (even when there is no water to pump out). I have tried re-setting it but this does not seem to work and it will not re-set.
Can anyone help?
My Bosch Exxcel dishwasher is doing something similar - It emptys completely but the pump runs continously even when the door is open and the programe has finished... Please Help !!! -

I've found the answer and it seems to work........
The reason the pump keeps working all the time is because there is a small float inside the Left Hand Side Panel that gets stuck and this activates a micro switch that operates the pump. If this micro switch is activated it takes priority even over the door switch - hence why the pump runs even if you open the door!!!
Too fix the problem - Remove dishwasher from space and unplug. Open door and remove 2 Torx screws.
I removed the Formica lid to aid side panel removal - push Formica lid towards the rear to unclip & lift off.
Now remove L/H side panel. Near the bottom is a reddish orange float with a little black lever that operated a micro switch.
This float was stuck in its upper-most position with gunk (fatty deposits) - I cleaned this with nearly boiling water. Removed a curved plastic splash guard to gain access, and poured a small amount of hot water from the kettle to dissolve the grease, the float then dropped once it was free to move.
Replace side panel, Formica top and reconnect the power & put the dishwasher back in its slot.
I then ran the quick wash & it works as new

The bottom tray of items is not cleaning, changed the bottom spayer, cleaned it all, side panels off, all looked ok.
Any ideas ? The plastic pipes in the side, well one tube didn't look like much water was moving, but i didnt watch it the whole spin.
Neff built in type.
I have pics of the pipes in the side panels if needed.
By the way here is my new website if any one needs vacuum cleaner bags
My new vacuum cleaner bag site. -
