HELP! I recently bought a Dansai 952...unbeknown to me at the time that it was a 'newer' one! I'm seriously considering taking it back...I think I've about 12-14 days left on the 28 day no quibble refund that Tesco's offer. I won't if I can find a way to play VCD's ~ can anyone help me with this? Is there anything or am I wasting my time? I know that the older versions used to state that they'd play VCD's on the box and didn't so were able to claim the firmware from Tesco's but mine doestn't state that it can play them...and I in a hole with it???
Any advice would be gratefully appreciated on what I should/could do.
Many thanx -

just lie to tesco's. If they question you on the phone, say it DOES have a vcd logo on it. think aboutit , tesco cant be arsed to go peoples houses and check all the DVD players now can they? for all they know the store you bought it from might have had it in stock for ages.
