Recording Internet Radio

I listen to Planet Rock radio station (Yeah) and want to know if it is possible to record the music. Can the music which I assume is streaming media be converted to MP3 ?



I assume I can plug an MP3 recorder / player into the speaker jack but there must be an easier way.



If I buy an MP3 player, are there only certain types that can record MP3 music from internet radio.



Is there software available to do this so I can burn onto a CD?
