Hi All!

Whenever my bf and I would go on holidays after a shower I always found that my hair and skin was always so soft and supple. I called it holiday hair, but my bf thought I was crazy. Then whenever we got back home and I had showers my hair and skin would be dull and lifeless again (and sometimes itchy). After a little research on google I found that water in the UK is very hard and that my shower water was causing my hair and skin dryness! It totally made sense, because I don't even look inside my kettle for fear of the little bits sloshing around inside and I never eeevvveeerrr drink tap water (only the filtered stuff). After a little more googling I found a website that sells shower filters in the UK (www.pureshowers.co.uk), basically they're shower heads that have built in water filters. These shower filters remove the scale and other chemicals in shower water like chlorine and makes my daily shower feel just like it does when I'm on holiday! So I have holiday hair and skin all the time and no dryness after a shower.

Anyone else got other beauty secrets for surviving London?!
