cp99 pellet issue

hi
i have just aquired a cp99 but lack of accuracy is an issue.
which is the best pellet for this pistol
i have noticed shavings from the skirt of the pellet sometimes falling from the gun.
i push them in with my finger as far as i can but his still happens
i know i could push them in further with a pencil but this would make loading very labourious.
i am using h & n sillouhette at he moment can anyone reccomend anything better?
