food processor blades?

I'm in need of a new Food processor, although i did love the one i've had for years, the blades have had their day and just can't cut it anymore.

First question is i suppose is it possible to get the blades sharpened professionally?

If not, could someone please reccomend a really good make and model? I've been doing some food processor research on the net, although i'm not getting any decent information.
