Fridge stopped working - Bosch KGV31423 (FD8304) fridge/freezer

The fridge section of my Bosch KGV31423 (FD8304) fridge/freezer has stopped cooling. It's been warming up for months.

Compressor seems to be running fine, and thermistors seem fine (6k-7k at ambient temperatures).

Possibly abnormal things are:-
1) Back of fridge is very 'bubbly' (and seems slightly damp)
2) One of the outputs from the Control Card going into the lining of the fridge (i.e. not back down to the compressor) is not loaded (measured to neutral). Blue & White wire from pin 5 of the 5-way card connector via pin 4 of the 6-way in-line connector. The output is from a small triac via a 47R resistor, so guessing it drives a fan or heater.

Any advice would be welcomed.
