Indesit Washing machine

Hi!
My Indesit WD19 isn’t draining. Usually I can unscrew the drain plug bottom right of the machine, and remove any debris in the pipe. At present I can only turn the plug about a ¾ turn, before it gets stuck for some reason, as if it’s jamming against something. Any ideas? Thanks for any help you can give.
