No Credit - But I Have!

    I can't make a call on my PAYG plan, as automated message informs I'm out of calling credit. However, the balance line advises I have £2.75 left.
    Has anyone else experienced this situation?
    Calling the 'Vodafone' helpline just gets you pushed off to another department that results in then getting cut off, claiming busy lines.
    Any adice much appreciated.
