I order a wii from deepdiscount.com on 7/16/2009 (order number 23348145), and got an order confirmation email that day, but I received a cancellation email on 7/17/2009, I check my order status on the website, shows "canceled" without reason.

I call customer service, the rep told me the item is not available, but I actually order successfully. I tell the rep I will complain thru BBB, he tells me his doesn't care, just go ahead.
I think the website use lower price to cheat the customer to make advertisement, or they just mark the wrong price or promotion code, but cancel customer's order without any reason.

I make purchase thru online for 10 years, this is the first time I see this bad store.

DO NOT shop at this store again!!!

PS: got the cancel order email for reason "the WII System with WII Sports, does not qualify for our special sales event." on first email, and the customer service reply my question on second email for reason "We're sorry the item has been discontinued and is no longer available." but they still sell over 400 WII game on their website. That is just an excuse........
