which co2 to use for the beretta cx4 storm

Greetings everyone. I've been into airguns in various formats for years now, "though never went down the pre charged road", and now thought it was time for some co2 backyard plinking. Had a look at the kit, easy enough as I thought, some cheapo guns and some more quality. Made my choices which turned out to be a Beretta px9 storm pistol and a Beretta cx4 storm rifle "yes don't laugh" for that price I could get an Umarex Air Magnum but who needs hunting power for paper targets and pop tins. Anyway to the point! was going to go buy and thought just a final look at some reviews, videos, forums etc and hit a snag.... I've read somewhere that the the cx4 rifle will only take the the Umarex or Beretta 88g cartridges and NOT the Crosman Air Source 88g ones. This is a problem because many places do the Crossman ones cheap and in bulk were'as the Umarex and Beretta ones seem quite few and far between and at top dollar prices. Lets be fair the rifle is expensive enough as it is but even i'm not daft enough to make it a complete money pit which to be fair it is with the Umarex gas. Enough of the waffle I hear you cry out. If anyone can shed any light on this I would be grateful, before I go out any waste to much hard earned coinage. New to this forum gig so bare with
