Wentworth finance loans

I have also applied for a wentworth loan and have been successful but by the look of the reviews I am afraid that this may be a ploy to gain the required £55.
I have bad credit rating an have never applied for a loan before I do not want pay this unless I can be fully guaranteed what should I do?? Any suggestions please
