Placed an order in Feb 09, was called straight after to say item in stock and was being dispatched....all great until.....

No item received, when i called them they disputed theyd confirmed item was in stock and said website was out of date. They told me this item was discontinued and that they had cancelledme order and would be issuing a refund in due course.

Then I find the item on theiir company\trade site in bulk!

2 weeks later, still no refund.

Called them, and they said there had been a technical fault and would get my refund done that day.

After at least 20 calls over the next 7 weeks, i finially got my refund.
