Hi, i am thinking of booking a all inclusive holiday for me and my son in June this year, after looking for reviews on this hotel, there are mixed feelings about it. I was wondering if anyone has been there recentley who could advise me if it really is ok to go.? Many thanks

Hi, we stayed here for a few days but soon left because it really wasn't up to the standards we expected. My advice is...there are much better hotels in Majorca than this one so don't do it! The place felt really overcrowded when we stayed and it just wasn't very looked after - our room and the hotel weren't very clean and the food was really awful. I've probably stayed in worse places...but to be honest I've stayed in much better ones too! We moved to the Hotel Apartamentos Ivory Playa and it was so much better...can def recommend!

Looking around it seems that although it does have some favourable reviews, the majority are negative. Hope that help; good luck with your holiday!

Hi, thanks so much for replying to my post, yeah i think i will give it a miss. It will be the 1st time me and my son go alone on holiday alone and wanted it to be right without any stress!!!, Just struggling to find an all inclusive hotel at a reasonable price, as it is well expensive with the euro and the pound at the mo.. But thank you so much

no problem, that's what these forums are for aren't they! I really don't think it would be a great place to go on your first trip - might put you off! There are definitely better places in Majorca - have you looked at the Condesa de la Bahia for example? That seems to be of a pretty decent standard and isn't too expensive either. Or maybe the Hotel Sea Club which seems to be really good for kids. Most stuff is cheaper once you're out there - food, alcohol etc - but it's just buying the euros which is the costly bit at the moment. You get the best rates from ATM machines though, so do that rather than buying a load here and taking it out there. Next time I think we're going to rent a villa like in France - if the owner's British then you can pay in £s and save losing out!
