www.inkwarehouse.co.uk and www.inkshop.co.uk

I ordered a pair of ink cartridges from inkwarehouse.co.uk. They were absolute rubbish. I did all the necessary things to get them to work properly, but no improvement.

I have now bought genuine Lexmark cartridges and Tesco versions – work great as usual.

I'm unable to send email on their website. They appear to have the inkfactory.co.uk’s (a good company) phone number on their website, an entirely different company!

The other number was someone’s home number, who they kindly forwarded me the real number for the inkwarehouse.co.uk – when I called it seemed to be the same one for the inkshop.co.uk!
