Crosman C31 (anything better?)

So I plan on getting this, I've looked around a lot and so far for 100$ or less, this is the best I could find. Well this and a couple others like the tactical version of the c11, but alas... I live in the once great Country of Canada and the powers that be have decided that it would be beneficial for us fragile citizens, that 500fps be the limit for air guns... or we might put our eye out... or something, *ahem... anyways. The C11 tactical by crosman seems sweet... but I think it's over 500fps, at least that's what it's showing on descriptions... I think fps is somewhat exaggerated by companies though.

I wanted something:

accurate
stable (won't have to worry before every shot .... *cough*beemanp17*cough*)
powerful (up to 495fps... in reality, not imagination lala land)
preferably BBs repeater... 16 shots as opposed to only 8 before switching)


I do not plan on killing small animals, I only shoot those with a camera... I do plan on breaking bottles, shooting cans... inanimate objects. It would be nice that the BB or pellet LODGE itself IN wood rather than bounce back and injure my face. I'm a huge fan of air gun target shooting/plinking... lemme know if I'm making a good choice, or is there something better? ...any suggestions?
