Suzuki Katana AY 50 - what rollers?

Hi All
Need some help, i have a katana 2001 and have put a viper exhaust on it, when going along the strait it only does 30mph (as before restricted) going down hill it takes off 50 mph think i need new or different rollers or a jet change any advice please on what to change what weight of rollers.
