Karen's Cards wedding Stationery - awful service

I ordered 'save the date' cards on the 31st of July from Karen's cards in Kent. The timescale was 4-6 weeks. TEN weeks later I received them. The whole customer service process from her was awful, she actually lied that they had been sent and had been returned to her!! NO track of this was recorded by Royal Mail and I did not receive any notification from Royal mail that my parcel was in their office.

To this day she hasn't even had the decency to contact me to find out if they have been received. Obviously she was really busy over the summer, but I would rather know that they were going to be late than worry about where they are for a month.

I would not recommend Karens Cards to anyone. If you want your wedding plans to go smoothly and stress free, steer clear!!!!!
