Hi

Can anyone tell me what the mysterious H symbol is that pops up (then disappears, then pops up) on my display screen is?

From a bit of googling it seems to be re HSDPA or whatever. Is that right?

Does that mean I'm involuntarily connecting to the internet and racking up a large bill I don't currently know about?

Also, if I turn this off will my battery last longer? As I never use the internet on my phone, can someone tell me how to do that, as I have tried and can't find how to.

And, final whinge, if anyone from Sony Ericsson reads this, why don't you mention anywhere about this H symbol in your user manual?
