I purchased this kit after seeing it featured on the Today Show. It claims it can make you look 10 pounds slimmer in less than 5 minutes. I have to say I was extremely skeptical as this claim sounded like a fad diet or something, but it ended up being absolutely true for me. I am not super overweight, but not super skinny either, just average. The step by step instruction manual showed me exactly how to "sculpt" a slimmer and slightly defined stomach with the highlighters and bronzers. Everything you need is included in the kit, including brushes, a firming cream, setting spray, and makeup, as well as a detailed simple instruction booklet that teaches you how to get a number of different "looks" depending on how good of shape or out of shape you are. I love that it is 100% waterproof so I can wear it to the beach, in the shower, etc. and my defined abs don't go anywhere. I would definitely recommend this product.
