Attraction Tickets brought from Travel City Direct

I purchased from Travel City Direct the Flex Pass Plus Universal Park Tickets. I have the voucher to be exchanged for the actual theme park passes when I get to Orlando on the 26th Sept 2008.
My question is because Travel City Direct were part of the now bankrupt XL group, will I be able to get my theme park tickets when I present my voucher?
