Healthiest hair straighteners?

I have read loads about the best brands. GHD seems to be most popular. But I want to know what are the best in terms of your hair's HEALTH? I have pretty dry hair that is died blonde so the condition is ok but not fabulous. Which straighteners best protect your hair while straightening?

I use ghds twice a week and the rest of the time I use carmen hair straight and hydrate ironic it's £19.99 from argos and it's great if you want to straighten your but are worried about damaging your I suggest you use some sort of heat protection as well I use l'oreal hot straight you can buy that from boots it's £3.46.

Thanks for that! So just to confirm, in your opinion the Carmen ones are healthier for the hair than the ghd's?
