Maytag American Fridge Freezer - Fridge Freezing

Would anybody be able to help with a problem with a Maytag SOV626GB fridge freezer?

Its only just over 12 months old and it has started to freeze up in the fridge even with the temp turned down to 2. This is the second time its happened, the first time it did it I thought it was because the water filter wanted changing as after I installed a new one it was okay. Now about 4 weeks later it started again this morning. The water filter froze so I took that out this morning and naively hoped it would be okay this evening but its not.

I know its still under warranty and I will call Maytag tomorrow but thought I'd ask here just in case its something I've done or not done.

Sam problem happened to my SOV525 model. Maytag said the fircge and freezer were too high, turned thermostat up to level 3 and it hasn't happened since.
