How To Fix A Leaking Refrigerator

My refrigerator recently developed a water leak that came down from the freezer and dripped into the fresh food section.

After plenty of online research and troubleshooting I found that the problem was a clogged freezer defrost drain pan & hose.

I put together a quick guide with pictures showing how to resolve the problem.
