Ryobi or McCulloch chainsaw?

I need to buy a medium power saw for domestic use. Ryobi ( esp the 3540 model) seem reasonable but with a spares supply problem. Experience with (locally available) McCulloch unreliability and build quality makes me hesitate to go there again. Anybody have experience with these brands?
