mbna platinum plus rewards card

hi could someone plz help me, i am looking for a good cash back credit card, so far i have come accross the mbna platinum plus rewards card, where u get 1 point for every 1 pound spent but to convert this into cheque or cash is not very good, 4000 points = £20,

Has any else got this card and is it any good, have i misunderstood it lol. also i have just applied for a barclaycard platinum card where i get 4% cashback until 31st july but after that the cashback is discontinued,

Does any know whether a asda or sainsbury credit card is any good and which is the best one to get or if there is any other good cashback cards.
