Recently, as of like a week ago, i've had some serious issues with AOL Broadband. My internet speed fluctuates, and my downloading speed can be really slow, it took me 4 days to download 1.1g. It seems fine in the early morning and late evening. And sometimes my internet can disconnect telling me it has limited connectivity.

I actively play World of Warcraft when I have time, and my ping has shot up from 100m/s to 1008m/s, 1008 is a pathetic ping and it can take minutes to even speak to an NPC because the server can't respond. I've phoned support but "All the computers are down".

Can anybody tell me what is going on? Confused

It could be that you have entered a new ADSL2 stabilisation period for some reason - during this time your connection bandwidth and transfer speeds will vary hugely. If these problems don't clear up in a few days, contact AOL.
