Review about southall travel

i just need some clarification please. i came on to your site to leave a review about southall travel . and today after recieving your email that i can view it i can on the review page where i saw a review by a guest . Can you please confirm that can you leave reviews by putting your name as a guest and hide your name. Or is that a login for some one . ? coz i have gone through the reviews and particularly this person who leaves review as a guest has left quiete a few negetive reviews on this page.

can you please clarify are these all reviews by one person or you can leave reviews as guest. Please kindly consider this as a concern .
