    I have a alcatel onetouch 735 and the sound device has gone silent. I can not listen to any of the tones or hear my phone ring. can you tell me what the problem is with the phone. I can actually hear someone on the phone and visa versa but can not hear the phone ring. the phone will not vibrate either
