    Hey!

I'm currently in Australia and have my international roaming enabled. I was told that i would be able to use my free minutes and texts to contact UK numbers as long as i my phone was attached to their sister network '3telstra'. However about 3 weeks ago i rang up '3' to unlock my phone so that i could insert and use international simcard. Later the same day i suddenly found that my phone was connecting to another network as default and that the only way i could get round this was by manually searching for the 'free' '3' network. However a couple of days ago they phoned me up to renew my contract, so i duely obliged since i'd had no other problems. About 4 hours later i discovered that my phone was properly re-attaching itself to the free sister network '3telstra' as default. This is surely more than a coincidence. I was wondering whether anyone else has had this or a similar problem? I'm pretty upset about forking out £1.80 min for calls that i've made, which should have been free had '3' not fussed about with my phone. Obviously it's a pretty wild theory but if this has happend to more than 1 person they can't get away with it!!
