Vyke Pro not working like it used to

Hey,

Basically the problem is I can no longer send texts using Vyke Pro.

I doubt many of you use this on your mobiles but I'm having a couple of problems. I've had the software for 5 months and it's saved me more than £110 and it's been flawless. Earlier this week when I loaded it up the connection wasn't stable; it kept switching from online to offline, and I wasn't able to send a message. After a couple of minutes of hoping for the connection to stabalise the phone switches itself off.

If anyone can suggest something (I can't find any help from google) it would be really appreciated - thanks!
