My spa wont heat

Hi, i hope you dont mind me picking your brain but our retailer is giving us the runaround! We emptied our spa before xmas, refilled it but it wouldnt heat up, have had a display buttons fitted and a new heater and still it wont reheat. Wondered if you had had any promlems with you Axiom Deluxe.
