Problem with k850i

I keep getting a recurring message on my phone which says cannot connect to server, with the options of 'ok' and 'back' but whichever option I choose the message will always come back about 5 minutes later with or without use.

I have tried restarting my phone, using different sims but the problem is still there and I don’t know what has caused it.

Please help.
