    More bad news. I would advise anyone reading this to AVOID this company.

    I ordered ink cartridges from this company in mid December 2008. Payment was taken from my bank account at the time of ordering, however, by mid January 2009 there was no sign of my order. I emailed the company on several occasions but received no replies until I reported my experience to Consumer Direct who advised that I write to them asking for a refund. Only then did I receive a very brief email from Inkshop requesting details of how I had paid. I provided this info by return and ten days later I received another email advising that my money had been refunded.

    No explanation or apology has been given just a single line email each time. I felt I received very poor customer service.

    I also have received an e-mail from Inkshop asking again for my personal details and payment method I used tp pay for the ink cartridges, for the third time I gave them my details. They did not mention anything about the letter I sent as advised by Consumers Advice but it seems too much of a coincidence for them not to e-mail for a long time then to suddenly e-mail me! I am still awaiting their reply but I will not let go on this issue, I will take it as far as I can.

    Quite right Sunderland73. Since writing my last post, I've had my Recorded Delivery letter returned marked 'Not called For'
    I've just checked my bank and the refund has now been made, hope yours follows soon. Good luck.

    Just to keep everyone up to date with my case, the deadline I set Inkshop.co.uk to repay my money has passed so now the case is with Trading Standards. I will not be deterred by the poor customer relations I feel I have received from inkshop.

    I have had the same problem I have sent numerous emails and cannot get through on the phone. Not a very good service.

    I have had problems with them from the start. I have had over 20 emails going backwards and forwards. They kept telling me that they would refund me the money once they had tested the faulty cartridges. I ready this forum and saw that the Ink Shop said if you email urgent@inkshop.co.uk they will get back to you. Yet again I got an email saying that they will refund when they had tested the cartridges. I sent a reply saying I would report them to Trading Standards and they emailed today saying I will be getting a refund.

    Just to keep everone in the picture with my complaint against inkshop, after Trading Standards contacted them I have today received a refund for two ink cartridges into my bank account, they still owe me for another ink cartridge so I will be contacting Trading Standards tomorrow to put further pressure on inkshop. If you haven't contacted Trading Standards yet I advise you strongly to contact them.

    I think that every one who has problems with ink shop should contact their Trading Standards Department.
    I have informed Trading Standards in my area that I have had a refund but it's not for the full amount inkshop owe me so TS is going to contact inkshop again to pay the full amount.

    Not always the case. I received a refund within 7 days of my first email.
