Anyone else had problems with this site? I sent 2 faulty cartridges (cost £20) back on the 26th Nov 07 and they have not replied to my e-mails yet as to wheather i am getting a replacement or a refund and if the phone is not engaged or being sent to a fax it just rings and rings when I try. -

I am having exactly the same problem. I sent my cartridges back on the 21st Jan. I have had no communication despite several emails and trying to get through on their phone system. -

Just To Add To Your Comments about this site:-
I bought a set of 5 cartridges for my Cannon Pixima IP5000 printer, which has served me well over the last 2 years.
I got the cartridges put them in, tried a test print on a colour photo colour was rubbish did all the things that you should do - clean heads, ensure all are in correct location.
The next print was from word of all the prime colours the reason why its printing rubbish they do not print red it comes out as orange.
Emailed on numerous occasions had one email back telling me to check what I have already done. I asked for a returns number so that I could return the items not a word back since. Also I have phoned on numerous occasions but no answer I wonder why.
From my personal perspective the product is rubbish, their guarantee is words not backed up by any sort of action. Customer Service I dont think they understand what the term means. -

09JULY 2008 - I have the same problem as Andy McGee - I emailed your returns email address on the morning of 7th July (2 days ago) but you have not responded. I have rung you many many times since then, to no avail. I shall email you on the urgent email address and see what transpires. I thought your product was fine, and you posted the goods promptly, but why are you not contactable? it gives a really bad impression, -

Hello Big Bob,
Although the product worked for me, unforeseen circumstances (my printer collapsing) meant I need to return the now obsolete cartridges (you try buying an Epson R220 in 2008!). I have not had a response to my email, and I must have run dozens of times since the mo rning of Monday 07 July, but no-one ever answers.
I will return to this site to let you guys know how I fared. I note that you and Andy also posted reviews on Shobby so I shall post updates there too.
Wish me luck! -

Hi KarinJ,
Best of luck with your endeavours, if you look at the comment posted below my initial comment you will see there is a date posted when I had a refund. The message just about sums up the organisation -
I paid for my cartridges by PayPal - I have just logged onto my account and my balance is zero with NO REFUND being made. If you had not asked me for a reply I may not have ever looked at the site again. I wonder if all the other refunds that are quoted on the site are real or Virtual.
A note for all other customers of this firm - I disputed this transaction with PayPal, please read the reply I had from them.
PayPal does not tolerate fraud or illegal activities. Your complaint has
been noted in the record of the PayPal member you reported. If we find this
member has violated our policies, we will investigate and take appropriate
action. If this occurs, you may be contacted in the future about the status
of this complaint.
To make sure future transactions proceed smoothly, we suggest you visit the
PayPal site and click the Security Centre link located at the bottom of any
page. There you will find tips on how to avoid fraudulent sellers in the
"Fraud Prevention Tips for Buyers" section.
So if you have paid by PayPal please get in touch with them if there are enough complaints Inkshop will have this facility removed from there web site. The only reason I used this unknown site was due to being able to pay by this method,
Happy Days & Happy Hunting
Big Bob
