Way to go Helen!! So many good things about not smoking. Not the least of which is the money savings. That is what got my dad, a smoker for over 50 years, to stop. He's 84 and been smokeless for over 15 years. I too wish Clair would stop by and let us know how she's doing.

I wasn't sure my willpower was strong enough but it was!

    Hi guy's

I have decided to take the plunge this year and give up smoking! Although I felt inspired by Helen's Will Power Review I know I need a little more help than this.

So knowing a few of you have already achieved this great feat I would love it if you please help me out.

Chantix is one of those medicines which help in getting over smoking habit, but this medicine has some side effects as well. Person using chantix mainly encounter sleeplessness, change of taste and headache. So people should consult there physician before going for this medicine. http://www.chantixhome.com/

I think it's look awful when staff are huddled outside of a building, smoking a cig as fast as they can, makes the place look dirty.

How about when all the smoke gets sucked inside and the place still smells like cigarettes?

Zyban has helped smokers to stop, even those who have smoked 20 years or more. Zyban is the first nicotine-free pill that, as part of a comprehensive program from your healthcare professional, can help you stop smoking. Zyban is prescription medicine available for smokers 18 and older.
