    Well according to my calculations it's been about 3 weeks since you stopped smoking Clair. Are you still 'off them'?

    It would seem that you are over the usual hurdles. Now all you have to watch out for is complacency. I know, as it's caught me out once or twice! Then you are right back at the beginning - ouch!!

    It is also nice to read that you like to, at least, taste your steak. Unlike one or two of the philistines over in the 'other place'! Laughing
